I just want to send a shout out to Max and his team.. regrettably, I was not able to actually stay at Max's place due to severe inclement weather, and despite having just made my reservation the day of, and it not being refundable, Max was understanding and offered the refund, which he did not have to do. I travel to Indy about once a month and will definitely stay at his place because I appreciate the level of customer service and understanding I was given. thank you again!!

Max’s place was perfect for my 3 week respite. Max was super responsive if I needed anything. Apartment is darling and very comfortable. With the cold weather and snowstorm I wasn’t able to enjoy the cute outside area or walk on the Monon, which is just steps from the unit. Will definitely stay here again.

Max was a great host, he made sure we didn't have any issues during our stay, was very quick to respond when messaged, and was very friendly and professional. The Airbnb was a cozy place that accurately aligned with the photos and the exterior activity area was very welcoming. Would happily refer him to others visiting the area, and will be checking availability with him first on other trips to the area.
