Quite lovely place for me, my wife and my dogs. We appreciate poops bag stations around. Enjoyed the surrounding shops and restaurants. It felt cozy inside and let’s not forget a driveway to park car. We would definitely book again.

The perfect place to stay for a concert at the Ruoff Music Center. It was exactly what we expected, squeaky clean and super easy to find and get into! Will definitely book again next time we’re in town!

Great location! It’s right off the Monon Trail, which leads to tons of great restaurants and bars. We had a blast and would definitely come back!! Max was responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Max’s place is extremely clean and very nice. All the amenities you would expect are there and it was easy to feel right at home. Max was a responsive and accommodating host. This is my second time visiting.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful bungalow. The location right by the river is fantastic. While the sofa bed is a bit small, our kids easily found space to sleep on the other couch. Overall a great stay!

I live in Indianapolis and had to leave my home during some minor mold mitigation. I knew the area so had no problems finding the apartment. It was perfect for my stay

Great AIR BNB! Max was extremely responsive with any questions, and the villa was roomy, clean, and tastefully decorated We enjoyed our stay, lots of room Nice location, with close driving to nearby restaurants and activities, nice amenities with pool, workout room etc, we didn't have time too use them along with the weather, but they looked beautiful

Max was a great and responsive host. Had a very pleasant stay right on the Monon Trail! Free parking was a plus, and the unit itself was quite nice. Bathroom/Shower was quite nice too!

We had a great stay with our family for a Pokemon tournament. The building is perfectly located in downtown Indy. We mostly walked and used public transportation to get around.
