Welcome to your personal paradise on the White River! I personally designed and built this home, and it was the setting for some of the best years of my life. You'll find a profound sense of peace here, feeling like you're in another world while still being in the heart of Indianapolis. The entire top floor is your private retreat, featuring an open-concept living space with vaulted ceilings, dark wood floors, and a cozy stone fireplace. After a day of exploring, you can unwind with a variety of indoor amenities. * Challenge friends to a game on the full-sized pool table. * Prepare delicious meals in the modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. * Soak your cares away in the spacious bathroom's jetted tub. Step outside to explore the shared grounds, which include 2 acres of mowed yards, 10 acres of woods, and 230 feet of direct river frontage. Your body and mind will thank you for staying here!

* Shared Property: Please be aware that there are 2 other Airbnb units on the property. All outdoor areas, including the yards, dock, basketball court, fire pits, and kayaks, are shared spaces. * Early Check-in: An early check-in at 12:00 PM (instead of 3:00 PM) can be accommodated if available for a $45 fee. * Late Check-out: A late check-out at 12:00 PM (instead of 10:00 AM) can be accommodated if available for a $45 fee.
